Congratulations to Alison Taylor for running the Paris Marathon for the NCSF in a excellent time of 4 hours 16 minutes and raised a total of £355 - c'est magnifique! |
Burns Night Our first event of 2009 and what a way to start! Mary and Wendy did a fine job, very well advised by Heather - only problem was that the whisky seemed to be very strong - felt that way the morning after anyway! Over £500 raised!! |

"Heads sore, feet ache, knees creaking! It was such a good night!! This was one of the best so far – the food was fabulous, drink was flowing and the company fantastic. Mary, Carole and Wendy shone and prepared us such lovely food and brought it all together – word cannot say thank you enough. Thanks to all those who waited on tables, really professionally done and kept everyone happy. Thanks to our professional Burns advisors , Heather, Andy, Isobel and Gordon and for taking part in the ceremonies – a heartfelt and humorous set of renditions all round and much enjoyed.
